Wage income has the largest contribution.
TBNA has implemented an employment priority strategy and a more active employment policy, increased employment and entrepreneurship support, and actively explored a new mechanism for entrepreneurship to drive employment. In the first three quarters of this year, wage income continued to play a supporting role in the income of residents. The per capita wage income of urban residents reached 26,006 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.2%, and the contribution rate to the growth of disposable income was 70.8%.
Operating net income growth rate significantly increases.
In 2018, TBNA will take measures to protect residents' entrepreneurship. During the year, the pilot project of investment and loan will be promoted, more than 30 million yuan of entrepreneurial guarantee loans will be issued, 8 new entrepreneurial incubation bases be established, and 80 entrepreneurial enterprises be cultivated. In the first three quarters of this year, the family business tertiary industry showed an accelerated development trend. The per capita operating net income of urban residents in TBNA was 2,278 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 3.4%, an increase of 5.1 percentage points over the same period of last year, and the contribution rate to the growth of disposable income is 6.2%.
Property and transfer net income grow steadily.
With the increase in housing prices and the increase in the number of migrants, the housing rental prices in TBNA have gradually increased, and the net income level of urban residents has increased significantly. In the first three quarters, the net income per capita of urban residents in Binhai New Area reached 3,667 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.6%, and the contribution rate to the growth of disposable income was 10.0%.
In 2018, TBNA improved the multi-level rescue and protection system, introduced a package of policies to increase the number of subsidies, increased 19 rescue assistance projects, raised 15 rescue standards, increased social assistance for disabled persons, and established a natural growth mechanism for aid funds. The annual expenditure of funds is 1.2 billion yuan covering 3 million recipients. In the first three quarters of this year, the per capita net income of urban residents reached 4,791 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%, and the contribution rate to disposable income increased by 13.0%.
The income structure is basically stable.
In the first three quarters of this year, the per capita wage income, operating net income, net property income, and net transfer income of the urban residents in Binhai New Area accounted for 70.8%, 6.2%, 10.0%, and 13.0% of the per capita disposable income, respectively. It is basically stable compared to that of last year.
