In order to meet the needs of tourists in an all-round way, the Eco-city breaks the physical boundary of the scenic spots from the foreground, and builds the whole region as a tourist destination, compiles a global tourism development plan, formulates supporting implementation plans, and comprehensively enhances the level of tourist public services.

With the application of modern information technology like mobile Internet, traditional tourist distribution and consulting services have been difficult to meet the needs of tourists. The Eco-city builds a smart tourist service system according to the four-level model. The first level is a main tourist service center; the second level is an important scenic area and cultural venue tourist service center; the third level is a commercial and community intelligent service station; the fourth level is a smart travel service terminal. After the completion of the four-level system, it will form a smart travel service network with full coverage of dotted lines to provide visitors with convenient, refined and efficient services.

While improving tourism hardware services, the Eco-city uses the intelligent factor to optimize the level of tourism software services. The Eco-city integrates smart tourism into the category of smart city construction, and establishes a smart travel APP and a tourism big data platform. The first phase of the project has been put into trial operation in October 2018, and will be officially put into use in May 2019. The second phase of the platform project is under steady construction.
