In 2020, 36 small and medium-sized schools and gymnasiums such as Tanggu Ziyun Primary School will be opened to the public after the renovation.
The playgrounds of the two schools will open as pilots next week.
Guilin Road Primary School and Xingang Middle School Playground will be officially opened to the public on May 18. The playground is open on weekends, national holidays and winter and summer vacations outside of teaching hours and sports activities. The open day is open daily from 5:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 20:30. The open objects are students of the school and the school district, residents of the surrounding communities and social organizations. During the school's organization of temporary education and teaching activities or the implementation of the stadium's open and safe campus maintenance project, the school sports facilities will be temporarily closed to the public. This is also the first batch of schools opened after the opening of the second school campus in Binhai Foreign Language School and the first school playground in the Binhai High-tech Industrial Zone.
The relevant person in charge of the District Education and Sports Bureau said that according to the plan, playgrounds of 35 primary and secondary school including Dagang No. 1 Middle School will be reconstructed this summer and will be open to the public in the middle and late September of this year.
To enter the playground for exercise, residents need to sign a letter of commitment.
The relevant person in charge of the Physical Education Department of District Education Bureau in TBNA told the reporter that the community residents who entered the school playground to do exercise must bring the second-generation resident ID card or residence permit to the community to register in advance. After the registration is completed, the relevant information will be sent to the open school for data entry. Then one can enter the school playground for a specified period of time. It is worth mentioning that citizens who enter the school playground will also sign a "commitment letter" with the school. The Commitment Letter clarifies the rules and regulations that citizens need to observe during exercise, including prohibiting pets from entering the playground, prohibiting spitting, smoking and other uncivilized behaviors. In addition, the school that will open the playground has also introduced a face recognition system. The relevant staff said that once someone found illegal activities in the playground, the school will cancel its membership, and the serious cases will be handed over to the relevant departments.
The relevant person in charge of the District Education and Sports Bureau in TBNA said that the opening of the school sports venues to the society will be included in the year-end performance appraisal of each school. The school should sign the Opening Agreement for Community and School Sports Resources Sharing Sports Fields with the community, and actively create conditions to open the stadiums that meet the requirements to the society.
