On May 27, the Sino-Singapore Construction Technology Application Forum hosted by the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Construction Bureau, the Northern Green Building Demonstration Base and the Tianjin Eco-city Green Building Research Institute Co., Ltd. was held in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city (the Eco-city for short). During the event, industry experts from China and New Zealand shared the experience of construction of prefabricated buildings, construction cases and application technologies at home and abroad, and discussed the new development of the future fabricated buildings. As China's first comprehensive green development demonstration zone, the prefabricated buildings in the Eco-city are also developing at an accelerated pace.
Singapore experts share precious experience.
The reporter learned from the activity that in recent years, with the implementation of residential industrialization, the superior architectural model of prefabricated houses has been widely used in residential buildings. In the United States, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Australia, Singapore and other places, the proportion of prefabricated buildings is relatively high.
“As early as the 1980s, Singapore began to learn from Finland, the Netherlands, Japan and other countries to promote 'prefabricated buildings' due to the decrease in labor force. Today, Singapore has fully adopted ' prefabricated building', on the construction site, it is difficult to find the shadow of 'cast-in-place concrete building'. According to Xu Linji, Director of the International Development Department of the Singapore Construction Bureau, in Singapore, for example, the prefabrication rate of parts and components of public buildings in the factory can reach 50%-60%. The prefabrication rate of parts and components of civil buildings in the factory can reach 70%-80%.
“As long as the production quality is controlled, the on-site fabrication is strictly in accordance with the procedures. The service life of the prefabricated building is the same as that of the ordinary building, and even safer.” Xu Linji said that in the future, Singapore will also use advanced technology together with the Eco-city. At the same time, with the help of a series of Chinese policy recommendations to encourage and promote the development of fabricated buildings, the Eco-city will become a gathering area for prefabricated buildings.
Eco-city focuses on prefabricated buildings.
The Eco-city is the first urban area in the country to propose a 100% green building target. After ten years of development, the current buildings in the Eco-city all meet the green building standards and are one of the most densely populated areas in the country. In Xu Linji's view, with the foundation of green building development, the development of prefabricated buildings is the only way for the Eco-city. During the interview, the reporter also learned that the Eco-city has begun to force prefabricated construction, and is expected to seize the commanding heights of industrial development as soon as possible.
Just ten days ago, at the construction site of the Hanghai road bridge project on the south side of the Hangbei Road in the Eco-city, a pier with a height of 8.8 meters and a weight of 85 tons slowly rose from the ground and was lifted high Like the Lego toy – it is plugged vertically into the embedded sleeve of the worksite. This means that Tianjin's first prefabricated bridge pushes the ground. According to the project leader of Tianjin Binhai Tourism Zone Infrastructure Construction Co., Ltd., according to the traditional on-site pouring method, the construction period of such a pier is 15-20 days, and through the prefabricated assembly technology, the installation of the entire pier took only 90 minutes, which greatly shortened the construction period. According to the plan, the project is expected to be completed next year, and it can effectively meet the traffic demand in the northern part of the Eco-city.
In addition to the Hanghai road bridge, a commercial housing project in the Linhai New City of the Eco-city and the No. 34 plot school under construction also adopt prefabrication technique. According to Wang Wei, assistant dean of the Eco-city Green Building Research Institute, since the beginning of this year, all commercial housing and some public facilities in the Eco-city will adopt prefabrication. The large-scale demand for prefabricated buildings has begun to appear, and the future Eco-city will also have more and more fabricated buildings.
“Currently, the Eco-city is working on the preparation of prefabricated building technical standards, and planning the development of the prefabricated building of the Eco-city in the next decade from the top-level design. If more EPC (Engineering General Contracting) model is used for construction, it is incorporated into the green assembly building management system. We also envisage the integration of prefabricated buildings and BIM (modeling of building information) to make the construction of the Eco-city more and more fine from the overall design to the actual construction.” Wang Wei told reporters In the future, the Eco-city will grasp the simultaneous development path of 100% green building + prefabricated building, actively guide the prefabricated building industry to gradually form and improve the industrial chain, further explore problems and solutions for the development of green buildings, and build a gathering area of prefabricated buildings that leads the development of the industry in Tianjin.
