On October 23, the reporter learned from the Administrative Committee of Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area (abbreviated as TEDA) that after the strict appraisal and selection of the 12th China Development Zone Informatization Annual Meeting, the TEDA Administrative Committee submitted the “Innovative and Intensive Government Service Platform” and it won the top ten cases of smart development zone construction 2019, which provided a useful reference for the development of intelligent and digital construction in the national development zone.
As one of the livelihood projects of the people's livelihood, after detailed research and planning, the TEDA government service platform was launched on November 11, 2016. In 2017, according to the new institutional setup in TEDA, more than 900 service items in 16 departments were reorganized, and the transformation and upgrading of all service items structured and standardized was further completed.
TEDA's government service platform has successfully built a 24/7 online government that “does not close the door”, a service-oriented government that “helps, aids, and assists”, a closed-loop policy approval platform and a 7×24×365 government consultation platform. The platform combines the regional policy information knowledge base to provide accurate and personalized services for enterprises, and deeply promotes the “precise docking and seamless connection” between government and enterprises, providing comprehensive access to policy channels, convenient policy service channels, and professionalization. The policy interpretation channel and the intelligent policy redemption channel form a smart government service system from policy release to cashing.
